The plate is used as a weldable material in the construction of pressure vessels and heating systems using fusion welding, which involves melting the materials together to create a single piece.
Our plates come with mill examination certification and stampings, just like all of our steels, and we arrange for a number of tests to be done on the material to ensure only the best output. Alternatively, we also contract a third-party consulting firm to administer the tests.
